Adria Bar Restaurant
Explore the flavours of the Mediterranean at Adria with their Roast Beef and Lamb Tasting Plate. Best enjoyed with company, these meats are marinated in seeded mustard and roasted capsicum respectively, then slow-roasted on a spit and served with lemon thyme roasted potatoes. Pair the plate with a side of traditional Greek Salad and accentuate the flavours with your favourite beer or wine. View their full menu here or ask their friendly staff for a recommendation, ours starts at $58.

Baia the Italian
Sail across to Italy as you dine at Baia, back with a bang on the Cockle Bay Wharf promenade. One of our favourites from their new menu is the Squid Ink Spaghetti Frutti de Mare, with rich Napolitana sauce and fresh market seafood. If pasta isn’t to your liking, the Pork Saltimbocca with prosciutto and a creamy mushroom ragout is a hearty option full of rustic Italian flavour. Keep mum happy with a serving of charred broccolini, a gorgeous way to get your greens in! Finish off your night with a fruity iteration of the classic vanilla panna cotta, served with cardamon sponge and a passion fruit coulis. For more of Baia’s delicious dining options, explore their new menu here. Try these authentic favourites for $73.

Blackbird Café
Venture upstairs to the Cockle Bay Wharf balcony for Blackbird Café’s range of woodfired pizzas, perfect for sharing over laughs and drinks! We love to bring a bit of heat to the table, recommending the Chorizo Pizza, topped with smoked paprika and tangy capsicum salsa. Another crowd favourite is the Veggie Delight, adding an extra level of class with fresh tomato, spinach and feta cheese. With ten flavours to try, plus any two varieties in a half and half combination, you might need to save your Lindt Gold Bunny for later! Start this pizza party for just $56.

I’m Angus Steakhouse
Embrace your carnivorous side at I’m Angus, with two protein-rich options taking centre stage this weekend. Enjoy the Filet Mignon, a 300g scotch fillet wrapped in bacon. The healthy portion of marbling makes this a tender and flavoursome cut of beef, trapped and preserved by the bacon. For another level of meaty dining and sticky fingers, get stuck into a rack of giant pork ribs, available in half and full sizes. These succulent ribs are basted in I’m Angus’ own tequila barbecue sauce and served with chips and a bib! Dine with vigour for $78.

Lindt Chocolate Café
Because there’s no such thing as too much chocolate, treat yourselves with the two sharing sized platters at the Lindt Chocolate Café. The Lindt Favourites Sharing Platter includes brownies, Délice, waffles, ice cream Connaisseur chocolates and strawberries, served with Chantilly cream and a pot of melted chocolate. The Chocolate Lover’s Ultimate Platter goes one step further, with a selection of Délice, Velour Chocolate Cheesecake, 70% dark chocolate ice cream and a selection of truffles, also served with Chantilly cream and a pot of melted chocolate. Treat yourself to this incredible assortment for $56. If that sounds slightly too indulgent, explore their range of seasonal flavours and classic favourites in-store or here

Nick’s Seafood Restaurant
For a traditional Easter seafood feast, look no further than the Hot and Cold Platter for Two, constructed by the team at Nick’s Seafood Restaurant. This mountainous ten-part serving is $145 and includes golden fried king prawns, blue swimmer crab, Sydney Rock oysters and much more. Start the salivation early, their menu is waiting for you here.

Pontoon Bar
Darling Harbour’s favourite waterfront pub has your long weekend plans covered. Enjoy Pontoon Bar's classic Chicken Schnitzel and Parmigiana as the sun sets over Cockle Bay, then settle in for the evening. Their long weekend Sunday session has live music and $10 pizzas from 6pm, as well as drink specials from 8pm. Savour the long weekend from $51.

However you choose to spend the Easter long weekend, we hope you enjoy the time with those you see. Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram and Facebook, sign up for exclusive news and deals, and plan your next visit to Cockle Bay Wharf.
