This offer is valid within the "Promotional Period"; between Saturday December 9 and Wednesday December 20. There is a total of 500 Love Bomb Candy gift packs to be claimed, 50 to be claimed on weekends and 30 on weekdays. Until stock lasts.
Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to the Love Bomb Candy gift pack forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter is Twentieth Letter Marketing and Communications Pty Ltd - ABN No. 67 138 747 029 as the marketing agent for Cockle Bay Wharf at 201 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000.
- The Promotion is a Love Bomb Candy gift pack run by the Promoter.
- The Promotion commences at 9:00am Saturday 9 December 2023 and concludes 10:00pm Wednesday 20 December 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
- Eligibility is open to residents of NSW, over the age of 18 years who fulfill the requirements, except: employees of Twentieth Letter Marketing and Communications (the Promoter) and their immediate family; employees of Cockle Bay Wharf such as their cleaning and security contractors, tenants in Cockle Bay Wharf and their immediate family; the staff of tenants in Cockle Bay Wharf and their immediate family; and the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family.
- All references to times and dates are to times and dates according to AEDST.
- Eligible purchases are minimum purchases of either: $90 or more in any Cockle Bay Wharf retailers during the promotional period. (The following products are ineligible: tobacco, gift cards, mobile phone recharge, prescription medicines, lottery and alcohol).
- Cockle Bay Wharf retailers include: Adria Bar Restaurant, Baia The Italian, Blackbird Café, Café Del Mar, Dockside, Home The Venue, I’m Angus Steakhouse, L’Aqua, Love Bomb Candy, Nick’s Seafood Restaurant, Pontoon Bar, Rouge Sydney and Tokio Hotel.
- Eligible purchases are purchases made at Cockle Bay Wharf between 9:00am Saturday 9 December 2023 and 10:00pm Wednesday 20 December 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
- Eligible purchases must have a retained and valid receipt.
- To claim, customers are to submit a valid receipt at: Love Bomb Candy during opening hours between the Promotional Period.
- Each valid receipt can only be submitted once.
- Any person with one valid receipt will receive a Love Bomb Candy gift pack.
- Maximum of one Love Bomb Candy gift pack can be claimed per customer during any day of the promotional period.
- Entitlement to the Love Bomb Candy gift pack is subject to availability.
- Receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges are not included.
- ATM or EFTPOS receipts do not qualify as a proof of purchase.
- Credit card or bank statements do not qualify as proof of purchase.
- Receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with, have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipts will not be accepted.
- The Promoter reserves the right to stamp, mark, and/or photocopy each purchase receipt submitted in the Promotion before returning them.
- Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
