Taught by in house mixologist and molecular cocktail master, Alessandro Enna, you can finally learn how to master three classic cocktails: Espresso Martini, Sex on the Beach, Mojito or Cosmopolitan. What’s the best soundtrack to making cocktails?

Depends on what you’re making! A Pina Colada pairs with reggae, a Negroni with jazz. When teaching, we keep the music at an ambient level so students can focus on the main event: becoming cocktail masters.

What cocktail do you love teaching to make?

You can’t beat an Espresso Martini. I love watching our students place the iconic three beans on top of a perfectly shaken, frothy martini.
