Cockle Bay Wharf – COVID-19 update

Wednesday 20 October 2022

From Monday 18 October 2021 new rules are in place for fully vaccinated people in NSW to enjoy the use of hospitality venues in new ways.

We’re thrilled to announce that selected venues at Cockle Bay Wharf have started to reopen with Covid Safe guidelines in place. Click here for the current open venues and new trading times as these may have changed.

A friendly reminder that the following rules apply to hospitality venues.

  • All venues must operate at 1 person per 4sqm indoors and 1 person per 2sqm outdoors.
  • Service NSW App check-in and proof of vaccination are required for all staff and customers at every venue visited.
  • Hospitality staff must wear face masks in addition to customers at indoor venues, except when eating and drinking.
  • People who are fully vaccinated may stand while consuming alcohol.
  • Group bookings of up to 20 people in hospitality settings are permitted.
  • Dancing is permitted outdoors but not permitted indoors unless at a wedding.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to Cockle Bay Wharf. Get ready to mingle!

See you soon,

Cockle Bay Wharf Management Team
