Skills requirements:

1-year previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
interact with customers making recommendations, taking orders, and cashing up

The perfect candidate has already good experience in hospitality as a waiter or section waiter in fast-paced venues and in delivering great customer service.

Good selling skills

Position Title: Chef de Partie

Baia the Italian is currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their amazing team!

Our venue is located in Darling Harbour that is already having great success. You will have the freedom to be creative and build up your experiences as a chef de partie and be part of a strong and young team. We are committed to our staff by training and introduce them to new and modern cook techniques.

Skills requirements:

Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools, and processes
Ability to multitask
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Great time management skills
