Dinner and a light show

Want to enjoy the fireworks as you linger over dessert? Our waterfront restaurants are the perfect place to enjoy a long dinner that finishes with a light display. We recommend booking a table outside at either Nick’s Seafood, Adria Bar & Restaurant, I’m Angus Steakhouse, Baia The Italian, Cafe Del Mar or Hunter & Barrel.

Cocktails in hand

If cocktails and casual bites are more your style, then we’ve got two fireworks watching venues for you. Grab a bunch of friends and book a table at Blackbird Café or Tokio Hotel. With relaxed vibes, great music and an iconic view, you won’t be disappointed.

Calling all party people

Imagine this: you’re on the dance floor, listening to your favourite tracks with your closest friends as the sky erupts above you in a beautiful fireworks display. It doesn’t get much better than that. If you’re planning the perfect party night, head to Pontoon Bar, Home the Venue or the stylish Café Del Mar.

Family friendly

Want to make Saturday nights a family affair? Skip the queues and crowds, the Promenade at Cockle Bay Wharf has plenty of room for families who want to watch the fireworks together. Just make sure you stop by Lindt Café after the display for one of their famous desserts.
