This Autumn School Holiday period is jam-packed with fun and free activities in Darling Harbour for kids, teenagers and us bigger kids too! Make sure you visit Cockle Bay Wharf and take advantage of our free parking offer as it ends soon!

This month you will be inundated with various activities that will make you shout, wiggle and groove around Darling Harbour. The tough decision will be when to go and where you should stop to eat and recharge your batteries as Cockle Bay Wharf has seven delicious restaurants to choose from: will it be seafood, steak, Mediterranean, Asian or American Diner?

Beat Breakdown

Date: April 18

Rise to the challenge and unleash your dance potential at the Beat Breakdown near Cockle Bay Wharf. Show us your moves and be crowned Beat Breakdown's newest champion. Then celebrate your win with a drink or meal at one of the eateries at Cockle Bay Wharf! Indeed, Sydney dancers, it’s time to step up! Beat Breakdown is the newest 1v1 dance battle, bringing different styles to the Darling Harbour dance floor each month. Whether you’re a master at breaking, popping, locking or waacking – this is your chance to share your style, win epic prizes and wow the crowd.

Beat Breakdown is an open battle, with 16 spots* available. Signing up for the battle is free, and it’s also free to watch. Bring your talent and your crew, it’s all on us!

(*Spots are capped at 16 per battle, if you miss out on registration, you'll be added to the waitlist. Participants must be over 16 to enter (participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)

Move, Groove, Darling

Dates: 13 – 17 April

It’s time to get moving at Move, Groove, Darling, a 5-day festival during school holidays jam-packed with a lineup of activities, workshops, events, and parties designed to get kids off the couch and busting a move. Make sure you stop by Cockle Bay Wharf to recharge those batteries with delicious kids menus on offer then get back to grooving and moving.

From hula hooping to 80's aerobics, and body percussion, to mastering the hottest K-Pop moves, and even throwback for the whole family at Darling Harbour's school (holiday) disco, there's an adventure for every little body (and maybe even a grown-up or two!).
